Aaaaaw maaaan this is going to be GREAT!! We have a joint birthday gig with Marcela Carmona at Molly Malones on the 13th! Bring your mothers! We're having a bunch of our talented friends join us on stage throughout the night! Other bands performing that night are our friends Cliff Beach and Sorry Nelson. NOT to be missed. Also, we just booked a show to perform at a Cartoon Network event! Huge thanks to Adventure Time creator Pen Ward.

04.11.12

I just got back from my first tour! The east coast was INCREDIBLE! Keep a watch out for videos of my adventures! We've got some great shows coming up including Huntington Beach,The Jester, Ojai Youth Day at the park, and SB Fair! It all kicks off on the 20th! Huge shout-out to Tiff Jimber for giving me the opportunity to open up for her on the east coast. Look her up!

02.19.12

We have more reason to celebrate! Last night our drummer Marcos proposed to his girlfriend onstage at the show and she said YES!! Looks like one of the Noble Creatures is off the market. LOL. We're ecstatic for the two of them. Needless to say the whole night we were on FIRE! So were our partners in crime, our fellow-band-friends: Tiff Jimber, Cliff Beach Experience, The Big Joe Hurt Band, and Marcela Carmona!

01.29.12

Dates for Luis' east coast tour have been announced! Luis has been invited to tour with the accomplished singer-songwriter Tiff Jimber!!

01.04.12

Wow. So many words of amazement want to spill out of my mouth at the same time that all I can muster is: "wow." I hope your New Years was as incredible as ours! We started 2012 right and we're keeping the pace up with our first show in about 3 years on the Sunset Strip. We'll be rocking at On the Rox with our good friends Marcela Carmona & Abby Posner! Their bands are some of the best you'll hear out here so come out for a night of top-notch entertainment!

12.23.11

We'll be debuting two new songs this holiday season: Had Enough, and Something Else. One funky, rock, soul, and the other island, beach music. We're excited to try them out with you all!

12.18.11

Rounding up two gigs in Ojai, CA. One on the 31st at the Deer Lodge & the next night at The Village Jester for the New Year's celebration. 2012 here we come.

12.11.11

I had my second live on-air interview on LATalkRadio.com last night. Such a great time! Getting hooked on doing this kind of thing is a definite option. Did my best to promote our new upcoming album Strange Behavior. I managed to get most of the important information out there, and also managed to get our contact information wrong. It's booking@noblecreatures.com. So, I'm a little rusty, but I imagine I'll pick it up the more and more I do it. So much fun.

11.26.11

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

11.08.11

Gearing up for a one hell of a ride next year. Ah yeah....

11.03.11

The website is going through some touch ups. Let the hair-pulling commence as our lead singer attempts his hand at HTML once again. Somebody get this man a drink! On the 12th, Noble Creatures will be joining forces with Katerpillar, Yupnows, Atomic Kangaroo, & DJ Halle in Van Nuys at Uncle Studios. If you like to party, come! Check it out on Facebook.

10.24.11

It was such an honor to perform for a benefit for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Cassidy raised more than her target amount! She'll be running a marathon for blood cancer research. If anyone would like to get involved visit www.teamintraining.org. Next up is a Halloween perfomance at Rafa's Lounge in Echo Park this Friday the 28th. Sharing the night with Big Joe Hurt Band and The Cliff Beach Experience. Bring your costumes!

10.11.11

It's been quite a run lately. This summer has been more than inspiring. It just keeps getting better. Just recently we've had a professional photo shoot taken by Stephanie Hogue in Ventura, CA. She takes some spectacular pictures (you'll see them soon!). We've been picking up more shows out in LA again, we're setting our scopes to go to phase 2 for the album recording, and we're focusing on entering named festivals such as SXSW this year. They say if you want something you should put it out there. So there it is. Catch us this sunday at the Universal Bar and Grill in Universal City, CA!

08.18.11

We're going to usher in the evening at Redondo Pier Music Series tonight! We plan on jamming. JAMMING!

08.14.11

OC Fair!! We've got some new tunes for you!

08.01.11

We're kicking it back up for the month of August. There are three shows you don't want to miss: Aug 14th at the OC Fair, the 18th at the Redondo Pier, and the 21st back at Margarita Villa in Ventura, CA. In the meantime we've brought some new tunes to the mix, and continue to work on our album. See you this month!

06.29.11

Golly gee willikers! Solstice Festival was amazing even in the blazing sun. Do yourselves a favor and check out the list of talent that came across that stage! AMAZING talent. Fantastic event. What's next? A Pre-IndePendence Party-prep Presentation at Margarita Villa! 3 hour set to boogie. You know we dig that! Come out and see us on Sunday!

06.21.11

Creatures have been spotted on the web! We've also got several mentions along blogs and photo sites. Thanks to the VC Star and the Ojai Valley News! Gearing up for 3 shows in the next two weeks. 1 house party in Chatsworth, 1 festival in Meiners Oaks on Sunday, and 1 mammoth of a gig in Ventura on the 3rd of July. We'll be dusting off some old tunes and premiering some new ones. Keeping busy. Loving it.

06.06.11

It was sprinkling/raining all day today at the music festival. Regardless, the people of Ojai stayed out supported their musicians. That's what I call hardcore support for the arts! On top of that, the remodeled Libbey Bowl is absolutely amazing! We were very honored to be a part of the grand opening with so many talented people. The line up was spectacular! We realized after we played that we were the first full band to play on that stage at a public event. Let me say that again: we are extremely honored! Many thanks! Next for us is the Solstice Fest on the 26th. You can imagine how eagerly we are anticipating that performance.

06.03.11

For us the summer is in full swing right now and is heating up! It's been, and still is, an incredible ride down a line of music festival performances! Luis will be representing his Colombian roots at the Circle of Nations Multicultural Event this Saturday, then on Sunday Noble Creatures will take the stage at the Grand Reopening of Ojai's Libbey Bowl! The Ojai Music Festival is a free festival for all ages. I've heard and I've had the good fortune of meeting some of the artists that are performing that same day and I guarantee this'll be a day of incredible music. Do not miss it!

06.01.11

Topanga Days was a riot. We shared the stage with some amazing acts. We were very honored to be part of the festival. We also ran into good friend of the band (and former member) Roberto Gutierrez. He was rocking the stage next to us. Fortunately there was enough time where we could sneak away and check him out for a bit before our set. After a solo show today at Room 5 Lounge, a duo show on Thursday at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, and a solo appearance at Circle of Nations Multicultural Event, Noble Creatures is honored to perform at Ojai's newly renovated Libbey Bowl! The Ojai Music Festival will house some of the amazing talent from around the area. Believe me, you won't want to miss it. We're up at noon! Free festival!

05.25.11

Step by step this website is coming together. Not as gracefully as I'd like to pretend that it was... I'm a musician, not a web designer. Let's make that clear. LOL. Well, Rose City Rocks was out of control! Thanks to all the dancers! You all heated up the joint! If you can't get enough, or missed out on the last party, come out to Topanga Days Music Festival on Saturday! We're up at 4pm. I'd also like to thank all of you who voted on our album name on Facebook. Your votes are in. We heard you. The next album name is Strange Behavior.

05.14.11

Success! We got mentioned in the Pasadena Weekly for the 2nd time. I said it once, and I'll say it again: come shake it at the Rose City Rocks Music Festival in Pasadena on the 20th! Plus, we've got a poll running on Facebook to determine the name of our next album. Run over to Facebook and practice your voting skills! Elections are coming around so what better way to exercise your decision making skills than voting on our album name!

05.11.11
Introducing our brand-spankin' new web design! Hope you like it cause it cost me my sanity working with HTML. Heal Japan Benefit was incredible! Thanks to all who supported the cause and stayed to catch our closing set. You all came out of the wood works and filled up that dance floor! I was clowning around so much, I almost passed out on stage! The rest of you were dancing maniacs! I love it. You and us, we know how to close out the night. To follow up, come shake it at the Rose City Rocks Music Festival in Pasadena on the 20th!

05.06.11

01.06.11
Happy New Year, everyone! Hope you guys are off to a great start! We sure are (hitting the ground running)! We just completed our 2nd day at Mambo Studios in Long Beach, CA! It's been quite the adventure! After a lot of hard & hilarious work we've completed the rhythm tracks and have now started on the horns over some Cisco Burgers and Emergen-C. Tomorrow we'll be finishing them up and laying some guitar tracks. We are all super-excited to be there and to get these songs to your ear as well. Keep your eyes and ears open, cause when we finish we're throwing a party.

12.17.10
18 Days left until we hit the studio. Of course, any huge task doesn't come without its kinks, but we've become pretty crafty at smoothing things over. Determined on keeping up this pace. Holidays are coming up, and we hope you can avoid the traffic, be it by car, plane, or grocery cart!

This coming Monday we're going to have a meeting to discuss the future of CTO and continue to bring you top-quality entertainment. Also, a shout-out to Sara Moini who we featured that night. 10.18.10
Ojai was such a great time. Between all the people dancing, Marcos and Sean grooving in the background, Cliff and I bouncing around on stage, and Evan and Ruben running out into the audience playing their hearts out I'd say the night was quite a success! On another note check out our first video we've posted on our Youtube page! Enjoy!

10.12.10
Finally coming out of our lion den after finishing sequencing all of our tunes. Whew, that took a while. Now we've got to rehearse with it, iron out the wrinkles and hic-ups. Then we take it for a test flight. Anything can happen! In the meantime, we'll be playing a rockin' show in Ojai on the 16th! We'll be booking more shows now. On our scopes we have a full length album to begin, and we're searching for a booking agent or manager. Also, our Youtube page is starting up. We're planning on getting more and more content. Stop by and say hey by following this link. Now... where to find a video camera...

08.11.10

There is going to be tons of good music and a lot of collaborating! You gotta check it out! Looking forward to seeing you there!

08.07.10
We just got done performing for SBC Global Music Fest, a Rotary Club charity event. It was so much fun! We got to run around the studio lot, and performed on the outdoor set to Seinfeld. The stage and sound was top-notch and the ice-cold margaritas cooled us right off from the insisting heat! Right now we are in search of a key player and a backup vocalist. Our sound is going to evolve. Working on some sequenced material to add a little more depth and edge to our sound. You're gonna dig this. Stay tuned!

07.28.10
Great news! We've just recieved a wonderful review by the folks at littleratbastard.com! Check it out by following this link! Also, we just got done having a very productive rehearsal. We're looking forward to unleashing 4 new cover songs at our next couple of shows! You all are gonna dig this.

Just returned from my first solo tour and had a GREAT time. Performed in Boulder, CO, Albuquerque, NM, and in Tulsa, OK. Looking forward to the next coming weeks! On other news, the movie Max Neptune and the Menacing Squid has been nominated in two areas at the Action on Film Festival! Two extras screenings have been given to us in Pasadena this Friday and Sunday. If you haven't caught it yet now is your chance!

06.04.10
Had a great time performing at O'Briens last night! Thanks to all of you who came out to support. For those of you who were unaware, unfortunately, Shane & Marcos were unable to join due to prior arrangements and illness. Gratefully, we were able to have Michael fill in on drums at the last minute and continue with the show. We wish Marcos a speedy recovery! Also, tomorrow is the premiere of Max Neptune and the Menacing Squid! This is a dream come true for me and the cast and crew of the movie. Just today Luis Narino and Noble Creatures were mentioned in this article. Humors are up and we're ready to roll.

05.29.10

Keep your eyes peeled! The next week is going to be eventful! It's a three course meal. For an appetizer we have an intimate solo-acoustic performance at the Room 5 Lounge in L.A on Wednesday, our entree for the week will be the band, Noble Creatures, headlining at O'Briens Pub in Santa Monica on Thursday, and the week will be topped off with the delectable dessert you won't soon forget on Saturday with the premiere of the movie Max Neptune and The Menacing Squid! Everyone involved in each event is very excited and can't wait get out there and do what we do. See you there!

Needless to say, we've met some pretty incredible people on our journey. Well, next stop on our journey, Noble Creatures is opening up for the USA Chivas soccer team at the Home Depot Stadium in Carson, CA this Friday the 26th! We are so excited, grateful, and honored. Things are looking good. Also, Luis has finished the film score to the movie Max Neptune and The Menacing Squid! If you love campy, space-adventure, b-movie, comedy films, you're gonna dig this. For this year, our goal is to find a management company to work with and begin a tour (which is in the works for the summer). So far so good.

02.09.10

06.13.08
Once again the website has undergone a facelift. The design before I always felt was too dark and too brooding. Too often I fall into that, but I'm making a positive change so it's only fitting that the image and message change.

06.11.08
Talks of dancing into the studio to record a new album!! Watch for the voting polls: YOU get to decide what goes on this album!

03.30.08
We performed a show at a house party ontop of the Topanga Hills! What a great time! Cars were lined up for blocks winding up to this house. Food was available, hundreds of people there for the love of the music and sharing a such a fun atmosphere. The musicians were incredible, and when it was our turn to go up, we too got the whole place on their feet and dancing. Something about seeing people dance really moves me. May this be a continuing trend! It reminded me of high school parties and college parties. Felt good that night. Reminds me why I do what I do. Yes!

03.28.08
Oceanside was quite a surprise to me. The people reminded me of back home in Kansas. Everyone took the time to look up and say hello! Sounds like such a little thing- but it makes a difference. With that being said though, here's a funny story. As I was performing I saw security seperate a man who was obviously drunk and harrassing another man who was twice his size (not to mention that he himself was 2 of me put together!). Didn't think much of it, but the next thing I knew, he approached me with a bottle of rum and persisted that I need to drink out of the bottle. Those of you who don't know, I'm cooling off on drinking. I politely refused, but he insisted. This went on until he began to threaten me. All this while I was still playing guitar. Being as stubborn as I am, I continued to refus, but instead of beating me to a pulp, thank you god, he began to rap obscenities into the mic. At this point his friend pulled him away to the table where my CDs were located. He proceeded to take CDs from the stand, until policemen intervened. Next thing I knew he was being hauled off in a police car. Poor guy, hope he woke up alright the next day. On lighter news, There was a man dressed up in a whale mascot-costume. Much like the costumes at Disney land. He'd jump into plain view randomly and start dancing to my music. It was so funny I forgot how my songs went. At the end of the night, this random smiling man came up to me and said, "too bad you forgot your lyrics". I looked at him blankly. He continued, "I'm the whale." Just one of the many nice/colorful people I met. I go back to Oceanside in May, and I'm looking forward to what other wonderful things are in store!

03.02.08
The Studio Suite was a ROCKIN last Friday! Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our first "electric" rock show! The place loved us and we plan on going back. In other news, two of my bandmates will be performing two of their tunes at the next Room 5 show! Beautiful songs- you won't be disappointed!

02.14.08
